I,, the undersigned, hereby release Old Mill Classic Cruz (OMCC) and Bend Classic Rides, Bend, Oregon, its managers, agents, insurers, successors, organizers, volunteers, and assigns of any responsibility or liability for loss and/or damages to my vehicle, including but not limited to theft, collision, fire, acts of God, and weather during the course of the car show taking place at The Old Mill District, Bend, Oregon, on May 17, 2026. I indemnify OMCC, Bend Classic Rides, and its managers, agents, insurers, successors, organizers, volunteers, and assigns against loss, cost or damage incurred as a result of any liability whatsoever with regard to my driving and/or parking my vehicle in and on the parking lot. I confirm that I have liability insurance coverage on my vehicle that is current and in effect. All shade canopies (EZ ups) must be tied down and/or weights attached. If tie-downs or weights are not available, installation is not allowed - NO EXCEPTIONS.
